Jubilee Celebrations

A carnival spirit swept over the whole of BISAK today with celebrations for the Queen's Jubilee. Year 5 certainly embraced the whole spirit of the day, dressing in red, white and blue clothing and making hats to mark the occasion. The day culminated with a 'street party' shared with Year 6 in our enhancement area. Mr. David Harries from the British Trade Office came and oversaw proceedings, and Year 5 were especially proud when 5S' Kirsty Young was awarded runner up for the best hat in the whole of Primary School.

  1. I think a HUGE thank you must go to our Year 5 and 6 learning assistants who did such a fantastic job with the children's decorations to make our enhancement area look so wonderful. Thank you!
